When will my order be shipped?
Orders are posted within 1-3 working days.
*Orders that include customised products will be posted within 5-7 working days.

How long does shipping take?
UK orders are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard and will be with you within 2-3 business days. 1st Class upgrade available at checkout!
All international orders are sent via International Standard with an option to upgrade to International Tracked at checkout. International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks due to customs.
(Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs)

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
I do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations are acceptable only if it’s brought to my attention before your order is posted. If there is a problem with your order or it appears to have gone missing, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me - I’m sure we can sort something out!

EU UPDATE REGARDING GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation)

Due to the new EU GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) coming into affect, I am no longer taking EU orders or shipping to the EU. I apologise for any disappointment - it is currently out of my hands whilst I try and navigate the rules and costs surrounding it like many small businesses right now.

Need a specific bracelet size?
Bracelets are adjustable with a clasp + extender chain and fit a ‘standard’ 5 ½ inch - 6 ½ inch wrist. If you would like yours to be smaller or larger, you can add a note when checking out!
(I would personally recommend requesting a slightly larger size for a guy’s wrist!)

The product I’d like to purchase is currently sold out, will it be restocked?
Items that sell out that won’t or can’t be restocked get taken down from the shop. If an item has a sold out label, it’s left visible in the shop as it’ll be restocked as soon as possible!

Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! All of my stickers are made from waterproof vinyl.
