When will my order be shipped?
Orders are posted within 1-3 working days.
Orders that include customised orders will be posted within 5-7 working days.

How long does shipping take?
UK orders are posted Royal Mail 1st Class and will be with you within 1-2 business days. All international orders are sent via International Standard. Orders to Europe can take 1-2 weeks and orders to the United States and the rest of the world can possibly take up to 4 weeks.
(Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.)

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
I do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations are acceptable if it’s brought to my attention before your order is posted. If there is a problem with your order or it appears to have gone missing, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me - I’m sure we can sort something out!

Changes to EU shipping starting 1st July

From 1st July 2021, all EU orders will be charged import VAT. (VAT % depends on the country it’s being sent to.) Previously, orders of €22 or less were exempt, but this no longer applies.  

Magical Meow will continue to ship to the EU, but customers will be responsible for any import VAT, taxes and fees. Packages may also take longer going through customs. By purchasing from magicalmeow.co.uk, you understand and accept these terms and conditions. Refusing to pay upon import/delivery means risking your package being returned. Magical Meow cannot refund shipping on packages returned this way.

Whilst being able to charge VAT at checkout would make an easier purchasing experience, obtaining what is needed to charge customers VAT at checkout (an IOSS number) is extortionate and out of reach for many small businesses like myself.

An alternative for EU customers would be to check out my Etsy shop! Etsy is an online marketplace and therefore Etsy is responsible for collecting VAT at checkout, meaning an easier overall experience. The only downside is that some of my products are not available in my Etsy shop (this is to prevent issues, sorry!)

Need a specific bracelet size?
Bracelets are adjustable with a clasp + extender chain and fit a ‘standard’ 5 ½ inch - 6 ½ inch wrist. If you would like yours to be smaller or larger, you can add a note when checking out!
(I would personally recommend requesting a slightly larger size for a guy’s wrist!)

The product I’d like to purchase is currently sold out, will it be restocked?
Items that sell out that won’t or can’t be restocked get taken down from the shop. If an item has a sold out label, it’s left visible in the shop as it’ll be restocked as soon as possible!

Are your stickers waterproof?
I make all my stickers myself using glossy sticker paper - they are not waterproof. Please keep this in mind when using them! They’re perfect for laptops, notebooks, journals etc. (I have chemical allergies and must be super careful when choosing/using materials. I can’t tolerate anything waterproof due to how it’s treated.)
